INTRODUCTION
By accessing or otherwise using our website, mobile application (collectively referred to herein as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please exit the Platform.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:(a) words importing a singular number include the plural and vice versa;(b) "we", "us" or "our" means Bento Casino, its affiliates, successors-in-title and assigns;
USE OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform is owned by us and we reserve all right in and to it (except as set out below).(a) You must only use the Platform for personal non-commercial purposes;(b) You are not permitted to copy any of our proprietary information or technology, including but not limited to source code, algorithms or software.(c) We may vary these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform.
REGISTRATION
(a) To access certain areas and services on the Platform you must first create a user account;
(b) You must provide accurate, complete and true information about yourself during registration;
PROTECTION OF PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; any breach of security may result in unauthorised use of our Platform.
IP OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
(a) The copyright (including present and future copyright), database rights, trade marks, design rights, patents, know-how and all other intellectual property ("IP") rights subsisting or existing in or on the Platform are owned by us;
(b) You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, transfer or copy any such IP without prior written consent.
USE OF MATERIALS SUBMITTED
(a) We reserve the right to use, copy, reproduce, display and make available for public inspection any material submitted by you via the Platform ("Materials");
(b) By submitting Materials through the Platform, you agree that you have all necessary rights in such materials to grant us these powers.
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER
(a) You shall indemnify and hold harmless us from and against:(i) all claims for damages or loss arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement;(ii) any losses, costs (including but not limited to solicitor/client costs), expenses (whether in relation to legal proceedings or otherwise);
(b) We shall have no liability in contract or tort (and including negligence and strict liability) resulting from any unforeseen circumstance that prevents us from carrying out our obligations under this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
(a) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada;
(b) The courts having jurisdiction in the said territory exclusively have jurisdiction to hear and determine all claims (whether contractual or otherwise).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us respecting its subject matter, superseding any prior or contemporaneous representations made.
NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS
(a) All notices required or permitted to be given by either of us under this Agreement must be in writing (whether paper-based or electronic);
(b) You agree that any notice sent electronically complies with the requirements for service of documents in Canada.
CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right at all times:

(a) to suspend your use of our Platform;

(b) terminate this Agreement without prior warning.
